Mode of action

Flies are attracted to the Appibuster trap by the odour of the Appibuster Pro bait. Due to the one-way design of the entrance holes of the trap they cannot escape once inside. Flies will eventually die from exhaustion or drown.

Presentation

20 traps per package.

Directions for use

Preparation

Fill the trap with Appibuster Pro bait, mix with 5 liter water.

Application

  • Place the trap on the outside of the perimeter of the building housing the livestock
  • Traps should be placed approximately 10-15 meter apart from each other and hanged 1-1.5 meter above ground level, preferably in direct sunlight
  • Traps will become effective after 24h and can remain active for up to 60 days, depending on weather conditions and fly population density
  • Make sure that the solution volume remains 5 liters at all times, refill if necessary

Dosage

The number of traps required depends on local factors such as climate, size of buildings, pest density and should always be adjusted to the particular situation. Typically 1 trap per 10-15 meter of building wall should be used.

Combined use

Use always in combination with Appibuster Pro bait.

Storage conditions

Store out of sunlight.
