Delivery of goods

Dear carrier, supplier, courier, or forwarder,
With the information below Koppert tries to facilitate your delivery. Think of agreements, preconditions, contact points and a route description/plan.

General points of attention

In response to previous feedback, we provide the following in advance:

Please refer to the map;
Couriers and packages are mostly delivered to Veilingweg 16;
Unload small goods (packages) on Veilingweg 46;
Unload the larger goods (pallets) on Veilingweg 46;

Freight documents
Minimum information required on freight documents

Every freight document and waybill should include the following information:

Name of contact person/orderer;

Address of delivery (think Veilingweg 16 or 46, etc.);

Phone number of contact person (where to deliver);

Order number of order.

Does your freight document appear incomplete?

If your freight document does not contain the required information, we ask that you take the following steps:

Ask your employer or client (in the role of supplier/contractor of Koppert) for the missing data and still note it on the freight document;

Is the client/employer (supplier) unavailable or does not have the correct information?

Basic agreement
Koppert should provide the minimum data required for the packing note on an order;

Supplier should confirm the order;

Otherwise the planning department assumes that the requested date is also the delivery date.

Upon arrival, the receiving Koppert employee should enter and/or have the order entered.
